Running rules of a successful community

 "A community can be built by investing in people, by people and by supporting growing people"




In history, Purana we have learned that its foolishness to kill golden egg-laying birds. Also, people run behind winning horses. Then "How to build a better community?"

  1. Stop "Problem-Oriented Mindset" and get into "Solution Oriented Mindset" - its a framework
  2. If you support someone in the community to grow, you have all eligibility to demand support back to community growth from successful people
  3. Don't suspect on people whom you have seen closely - as no one starts any step ahead with a cheating mindset rather they think he/she should take a step further after hearing lots of issues that people talk about
  4. Remember, if you don't allow people in your community to grow, you will surely indirectly suffer as others will grab those and you are left with no choice.
  5. Remember putting money on buildings, land does not grow but it will come under the scanner of others one or other day, rather invest in people.
  6. Investing in people would bring people close to the community than running away.
  7. Create structured organizations - thus salary, job creation, job protection, social status, insurance, and less greed can be created
  8. Divide and conquer - we have enough issues to solve don't just be running behind top ideas. Many a time top ideas fail and small ideas are adopted largely
Last but not least
9. If you are a true volunteer ( you want to do something apart from your paid & personal life ) then decide that you don't have any hunger for NAME/FAME/Money/Return benefits ( this kills your growth and also makes you really sin maker )
10. Create institutions that are dedicated to "Recognizing people within the community who do good work" - this is again not for name/fame rather inspires people to associate more.

  ಕಾಶಿ ವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕಾಶಿಪುರಾಧೀಶನ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೇವೆಯ ಹಲವು ವತ್ಸರ ಮಾಡುತ ವಿರಾಗಿ ಮಾಧವೇಶಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಮುದದಿಂದ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ಪರಿಪರಿಯ ಕರುಣ ಪಡೆದಂಥ ಸತ್ಯಕಾಮ ಜಾಬಾಲಿಯೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೀತರಾಗಿ ಸುರರು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಜ್ಞಾನವನು  ಎಂದು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು,  ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಯರ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜಯಪ್ರಭುಗಳ ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಪಡೆದು ಜ್ಞಾನಚಕ್ಷುಗಳಿಂದಲೇ  ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಪರಮ ಚೇತನರು,  ೨೪ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲಸಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮದುರ್ಗ ಮಾಧವೇಶಾಚಾರ್ಯರಿಂದ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಅವರಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀಮದ್ಭಾಗವತದ ಶ್ರವಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪರಮಭಾಗವತರು.  ಹರಿದಾಸ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಸೆವೆಗೆ, ಹರಿದಾಸರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಇಡೀ ಜೀವನವನ್ನೇ ಮುಡುಪಾಗಿಟ್ಟವರು, ಶ್ರೀ ಮೊದಲಕಲ್ ಶೇಷದಾಸಾರ್ಯರ ಆರಾಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಹಾನುಭಾವರು, ಅನೇಕ ಶಿಷ್ಯವರೇಣ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಮಾಡಿದವರು, ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ದೇಹದ ಲೋಪಗಳು ಬಂಧಕಗಳಲ್ಲವೆಂದೇ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಮಹಾನುಭಾವರಾದ , ಇಂದಿನ ಆರಾಧನಾನಾಯಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಶೀದಾಸರಿಗೆ ಶಿರಬಾಗಿ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೆವೆ
