Madhwa Tatwa recommends us to question things and get right answers. If you set your direction correctly you will surely get pure answer - this is what Sri Mahabharath Tatparya Nirnaya sets background for.
So our question today is:
When Vayudevaru does not have a defeat at all why one should praise them with Jaya Jaya.
Madhwa Nama starts with Jaya Jaya Jagatrana... Vayudevaru themself is JayaSwaroopa and also get Jaya to us when we worship them. So the question is why one has to say "Jaya" to them?
Here is how one can learn about the heartfelt praise from Sripadarajaru.
- Jaya means Utkrusta - Vayudevaru is Jeevottama hence they are superior to all Jeevas. To mean this the word Jaya
- We are a mirror image(pratibimba) of Vayudevaru(not directly though). Vayudevaru is in our Bimba place. Thus saying Jaya to them will reflect Jaya to us. This is selfish praise itself but a holy selfish.
- Jaya - one who has captured others fully. Hence Vayudevaru is superior to every one as they have won us.
- Jaya - one who dictates - Vayudevaru controls us ourside and within. Thus Jaya to them.
- Jaya - means history. Our history is Mahabharatha etc and one who has really given true knowledge of it (Sri madanand Teertharu) is called Jaya
- Jaya - Rujuyogi Jnana(Ref - Pramana Chandrika) one who can get details of anything and everything just by thoughts is Jaya
- Jaya - means Arjuna and one who supportd Arjuna for winning against evils is Bheemasena and hence Jaya
Thus learning Madhwa Nama and chanting it daily or at least listening a beautifully sung song from UM Stotra App itself is sin remover and also provides us WIN(JAYA).
