It is important to know what Kaam-Chor people look like(people who don't perform)
Many times though you form a large group things do not take shape into execution. Even though lots of discussions, many insights, thoughts come together but work never starts which creates intended impacts. Wondering why this happens?
Following are some characteristics of people who defeat the purpose of the group because of which execution never happens:
- People who gather for showing their strengths rather trying to solve problems
- People who gather to gain some benefit personally out of the situation(name, fame at least)
- They behave like decision-makers by just pointing some thoughts around the group
- Keep discussions on right-wrong rather than choosing the right things to do
- People who without any selection by group act like group heads, owners, authorities(if not they will tell they know internally high-end decision-makers, saints, pandits, etc)
- People who just gather to add more and more problem statements(Problem-oriented mindset)
- Few people just try to divert attention by speaking unrelated or non-sense topics/thoughts while most others are coming to some conclusion(very smart people who don't want to do anything life)
These are a few things that tell how worst the group is formed due to which the Decision suffers or never comes out.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of such people who don't even know how to execute a single thing but want to be part of every problem coined towards the community. They defeat every attempt to solve problems, they try to run behind gaining name, fame, and some stage opportunity.
Do such people have bad intentions?
No, they certainly want to be part of problem-solving efforts, then why do they behave like that?
- They choose the wrong chair to sit on and start spoiling overall work
- The ego of supremacy ( I know a lot, I know matha/pandits better than you, I have great contacts that others, etc)
- Never gives opportunity to people who have right skills
- Never gives roles clarity so that people accept roles as per their interest and act effectively
- Come with the personal gain point of view(will I get some appreciation, special blessings, etc)
- They are headed with bias(let's give it to my team, let's give it to my friend, let's give it to myself, etc)
So, what is the framework to solve this problem?
We will provide this answer in next insights...
