Sarvadarshi Chintana - Let our common premises give job opportunity to Madhwas

Unless we create opportunities for Madhwas, who will create it for them? Even if some one creates they expect them to convert to their siddhantha.



 Presently in Matha, temple we had only flower sellers of other casts. They made money out of our investments. These days there is slight change, we are seeing few madhwa families making their life by selling some food items like Mandige, Shavige, snacks items etc. 

Does this tell some story that we want to expose here?

There are plenty of niche skills that our community need to focus. For this some one need to do ice breaking job to start with. Following are some rare skills for which we go for providing large benefits non-madhwas.

  1. Gorilla Glass or tamper glass fixing opportunity ( Daily transactions of around 1000-5000 thus giving salary of almost 25-30 thousands per month ).
  2. Mangalasutra repair work ( Rs. 80-120/- per repair and daily expected around 1200-2500 thus giving salary of 30-40 thousands per month )
  3. Unique antique items that suites madhwa needs and target rich class madhwas (1-2 Lakh per month opportunities) 
And these all can happen just in 4x4 feet space that can be given free(for some one to start initially and pay once get good hold on job) or some donations for the temple/matha based on their own Bhakti, abilities.

If we build such opportunities and also support those people and also appreciate their hard work, one day our community looks towards skills development, opportunities within and also diverts towards our community benefits only.

Today a road side vendor in Bijapur called as Mr. Ramesh popularly known as Dosa Ramesh, gives out scholarship to Brahmin kids but in history he was poorest brahmin who sufferred getting any support and based on mothers advise and respect to her started some things that earns money.

All we have to focus is give support for people who are doing good, have capabilities, and show them spiritual direction once they establish. Then they trust you, else some other community will use their weakness and converts then and you keep commenting on facebook and Whatsapp as "What to do people are getting converted" slogan.
