Sarvadarshi Insights - Platforms - community growth - opportunities - go hand in hand

Unless you provide the platforms that are apprporiate to present or future generation, there will be not much growth of the community which directly means no opportunities within that community.


 

After lots of research on traditional methodologies to understand how to start something new, make it successful, and sustain it for a longer period, Westerns have created great platforms through which they could build things for the present and future generations. If you look at the investment they do is always on something that promises future success. While looking from past and present angles it looks wrong decision and also a waste of effort but that happens only for those who are not ready for the future at all.

Where our community is falling backward today?

  • No schools, hostels, PG, hospitals built
  • No platforms for the upbringing of kids
  • No platform built for training someone who wants to get into sanatana dharma
  • No investment in IT services to keep a database of community, communication, media, entertainment with education
  • No investment in Sanskrit teaching, Vedic maths teaching, and Panchanga preparations
  • No platforms that will do self-help groups, support medical emergencies, Do-Deliver mindset of volunteering
  • No platforms that will train kids, young through readings to know things in many right ways than getting confused through western influence.
Today, we have missed great opportunities with all the above and our money investments in society are going wrong. We also failed to create job opportunities and create an organized sector to enable them to stay happy, and healthy and then lead Dharmik Life.

The sad part is, instead of supporting people who are growing we dragged them into failure so thus our ego is not hurt. Thus making community keep suffering with less leadership, less success opportunities.

Today, if anyone wants to learn English and get strong in public speaking they join clubs like Toastmaster Clubs, people who want to start business will go for organizations like TIE, social platforms like Facebook, and learning platforms like Udemy, etc. When you build good platforms they not only deliver intended services or benefits but also create job opportunities and skills improvement and life support.

These are all investments of money in the right direction today, standing them as organizations, building things for the next generations. And they have been successful. 

We have to start investment of our money into better platforms that help our community to grow.
Time still is not gone away from community hands, we should start our march towards making the community much better and attracting talent, retaining talent and growing talent should be our focus.

People wont come to Dharma or Sanatana school of thoughts because their parents believed in it, they come because its making their life and with that they can live better
