Ganga is most popular that we think reduces our papa when chanted even from a 100 yojana distance. But here is some thought to go beyond Ganga and see what Bhagavatha can provide us? How simple it is? Why we have to take our kids so close to Bhagavatha?

Yojanana Shatairapi – as said Ganga can bring person praying from 100 yojana distance to punya phala

Bhagavatha is lord Vishnu only so it has power to bring person from Naraka to Swarga if prayed from Naraka as well

Taking bath in Ganga will remove sins, but if you do papa at Ganga itself? it will be never lasting paap ( Vajralepobhavathi)

Bhagavatha will ensure that the Paapa itself will not come to us, so permanent protection

To keep Ganga we need container

To keep Bhagavatha we just need space in our mind

Ganga bath will be called as complete bath only when you dip yourself into it completely, then you get punya

Bhagavatha you don’t need to listen completely, even if you listen one sloka, one word also you get full Punya

When with pure sankalpa if you dip inside Ganga you may get Swarga

When you go for Bhagavatha with pure sankalpa it can give you Moksha itself (Most supreme reward for any soul and only Lord Vishnu can give it)

Ganga took birth from Lord Vishnu foot still it can wash off our papas

Bhagavatha has come out from Padmanabh Roopi Vishnu himself and imagine its power

The place where Ganga seen is Prayaga or Sangama

People meeting bhagavatha is like Triveni Sangama – Bhakti, Jnana – Virakti towards Mokhsa marga

For Ganga snana one need to find a right time in day and take a dip

For bhagavatha there is no time to listen to get punya
