  During daily pooja it's important to offer Naivedya to GOD. Again like how we did chintana of Pushpa samarpana last time, we should do external and internal naivedya samarpana daily. One should offer all Baksha, Bhojya, phala to the lord. Along with that whatever we eat on that day should be submitted in advance as VISHNUPOOJA It is also important to remember all good fruits - well-ripened and in good condition and milk, curds, buttermilk, panaka, and all items that you love in life ( satvik items ). Thus one can do further chintana as the Lord in Shaligrama, items, food, taste in food, the smell of food, the energy of food, the medicinal value of food and bimba moorthy all are same. Every external item gets into the body and fits wherever it has GOD's that roopa in the body. That is really a merging act or Aikyate chintane. Every item should be submitted through Sri Mahalaxmi only.

  What do we understand by Hanuman carrying Sri Ram and Laxmana on shoulders Hanumantha is Mukhya Pran Devaru. He carries Lord and Jeeva from one body to another body always. Usually, he carries Jeeva on his left shoulder and Lord on the Right shoulder. Thus during Sugreeva-Rama sandhana as well Hanuman placed lord Sri Ram on his right shoulder and Laxmana(Sheshadevaru) who represent Jeeva on the left shoulder. This is the instance well described in Madhwa Nama by Sri Sripadrajaru through an explanation for "Sri Ram put a smile when Hanumanth took him on the shoulder". Thus Lord Ram indicated that Hanumanth is Mukhaprana only. Also, liked his act towards lifting Laxman as the representation of Jeeva. In Mahabharatha Tatparya Niryana also Sri Anand Teerthraru explains this thought very well using the following sloka.   Two main things that we do mistakes in our life. 1. We forget to submit our Karma Phala 2. We pray in GOD for things that come to us easily Yes, we perform various Karma as internally inspired, played, and executed by Lord only. But a player, we forget to submit Karma Phala to Lord. This leaves karma alone with us and does not qualify for Punya. Sometimes it's called as thieves who will take away our Punya. Same as all money earned is kept outside without packing and keeping inside.  Secondly, we pray for things like job, salary, promotion, happines and health to GOd which are just some end results. While leaving behind roots of these results unasked from GOD. Papa Nasha and Punya Vruddhi are two main things that one should ask from lord and also his devotees like Yatigalu/saints etc. More you burn papa and protect your punya you will excel. Its like less loan and no wastage in earning means wealthy.  Thus, keep your life and all karma simple to pray in Lord only for these two. T
